​Cardiovascular exercise helps to prevent heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure amongst other detrimental conditions. Tabata aids in improving overall wellness for maximal health benefits in a minimal amount of time. Intervals of 20 seconds of hard work followed by 10-second recovery cycles will guide the class. A mat is suggested.​
