​​Want to be a part of reimagining workplace wellbeing? How about practicing mental fitness and resilience with others interested in cultivating self-awareness and resilience? Please join our community each week as we practice taking that next step forward together.

Sessions are 30 minutes long: 10 minutes of gathering and reflection, 10 minutes of guided practice, and 10 minutes​ of sharing and community building. All levels of experience are most welcome! Come when you can; leave when you need to. We gather on Wednesdays, 1:30-2 pm ET / 10:30-11:00 am PT.
