Join the Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS) and the OD Resilience Through Well-being Campaign in observing National Yoga Month. According to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH), practicing yoga may help to improve general wellness by relieving stress, supporting good health habits, and improving mental/emotional health, sleep, and balance.
This month we have a wide range of yoga activities for all levels, from beginners to advanced, on our monthly free Fitness for You schedule. You can view all yoga and fitness classes here.
We are also featuring the following special classes for the NIH community:
Yoga for Resilient Back
Yoga for Mental Well-Being
Yoga for Mobility: Hips, Knees, and Feet
