In the Facebook group, you will receive information about upcoming NIH Wellness events, learn about resources to help you be well at work, and wellness tips. Joining the group will allow you to engage with your colleagues and ask wellness questions.

Be sure to like the group's posts so that the Health and Wellness Council can provide you with the most relevant content to meet your needs.
