Fun Facts About Me

Work Experience

I have been employed at NIH since March 2020, when the pandemic hit, and am a current Civil Specialist within the Workforce Relations Division (WRD) of OHR. Prior to onboarding with NIH, I worked with the Department of Agriculture (USDA) for 10 years as a Workplace Violence Specialist and the Wellness Program Manager for Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

Where I came from

I grew up in St. Louis, MO and have always been a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. In 2016, I moved to Washington, DC, for college. During a summer internship with USDA/FSIS, I was offered a job on the spot. Since then, I have met my husband, started a family and am now raising out two kids in Maryland.

My favorit hobbies outside of work

Fitness including cardio/weightlifting and hiking in nature with my family.
