Monthly Meditation Sessions
Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NDSR): Celebrate the month of May by slowing down and embracing the sweetness of stillness with the practice of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). NSDR is rooted in the ancient tradition of yoga nidra ("nidra" meaning sleep) and combines mindful breathing and body scanning to bring oneself into an aware, yet deeply relaxed state. NDSR sessions will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 3:00 PM-3:30 PM ET and Wednesday May 21, 3:00 PM-3:30 PM ET. Join the Session.
