National Physical Fitness & Sports Month

National Physical Fitness and Sports (NPFS) Month is an initiative by the President's Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition since 1983,  to promote the importance of physical activity, physical fitness, and sports participation. Join Wellness@ NIH and the NIH Recreation & Welfare for Fit Checks, outdoor classes, and mindfulness this month.
