Gain strength with compound lifting! Compound exercises involve the activation of multiple muscle groups at the same time. For a 45-second interval of work, participants will utilize a mat and a pair of moderate to heavy weight dumbbells, followed by a 15-second period of recovery. Go into the weekend strong!
