​Get the week started with cardiovascular and abdominal training! For intervals of 30 seconds of work followed by 10-second recovery intervals, participants will move through aerobic, endurance and strength exercises that are devoid of jumping. It’s a calorie-slashing class with results designed to last! A mat is suggested.​
