Experience bliss…with Swiss ball stretch! Using a 45cm to 75cm resistance ball (higher dimensions suggested for taller people and lower dimensions suggested for smaller), participants will move through various stretches with breath control, to rejuvenate the total body! Prepare to decompress the spine and increase range of motion for the major and minor muscle groups. A mat will also be utilized.
