Train for daily activities! Healthy and strong shoulders and trapezius muscles are important to ease and flow of day-to-day movement. Whether reaching for something on top of the refrigerator or shelf, the deltoids and traps must be functional and move properly to avoid injury. Using light to heavy hand weights and a mat, participants will perform repetition-based sets for strength of the upper body. A focus on correct alignment and posture will be accentuated.
