Get upper body strong! Allot 30 minutes to this strengthening session for the chest, back, biceps, triceps, and abdominals! In 45-second intervals of hard work followed by 15-second recovery intervals, participants will perform exercises to strengthen the top half of the body. Moderate to heavy dumbbells will be utilized.
