Be strong, be mobile! Falls are amongst the leading cause of accidental deaths in America. To be mobile, balance is necessary and is a measure of physical active readiness. In intervals of 45 seconds of work followed by 15-second recovery intervals participants will perform strength exercises while standing with a focus on proper form and alignment. Moderate to heavy hand weights will be utilized.
