​Compound it! Perform 2 exercises simultaneously using moderate to heavy dumbbells and a mat. Intervals of 45-seconds of work followed by 15-second recovery intervals will guide the class. Increase and/or maintain bone density with strength training! Some lifting experience is recommended.
