Increase workout intensity with compound strengthening! This 30-minute class involves performing exercises that activate two or more muscle groups simultaneously. In 45-second work intervals, followed by 10-second recovery cycles, participants will utilize moderate to heavy dumbbells to reach exhaustion. It’s a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) experience not to miss!
