Mini-Band Abs and Glutes with Ashley

​Get banded! Grab some loop bands and prepare to work the gluteal and abdominal muscles to exhaustion! In 30-second bursts of hard work, followed by 10-second recovery intervals, participants will engage in strengthening exercises for the abs and glutes. Moderate to strong mini bands and a mat will be utilized. Get in the loop!
