​Get with HIIT! High-intensity interval training is designed to induce maximal fitness results in a short amount of time. In 30-second bouts of hard work, followed by 10-second cycles of recovery, participants will perform exercises for the major and minor muscle groups using bodyweight. Expect squats, push-ups, lunges and more! A mat is suggested; all levels are welcome.
